What is a VP4 file?
VP4 is the current embroidery format of Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff machines and of the mySewnet software. It follows VP3 and stores stitches, colors and thread information, plus additional data newer machines use.

- Stores stitch data, color blocks and thread details.
- Older machines usually need VP3 or VIP instead.
Notes
- Designers often ship both VP3 and VP4; the VP4 version is for newer machines.
- VP4 can be opened and converted in mySewnet and most current embroidery software.
