Can I try emborado for free?
Yes. You can use emborado for free and manage up to 100 embroidery designs and up to 25 digital sewing patterns. You only need a subscription when you want to go beyond those limits.
Why is emborado only available as a subscription and not as a one-time purchase?
emborado is a web-based service, not static software for a single device. The subscription covers ongoing improvements, access across multiple devices, file processing, and the cloud-based infrastructure behind the product.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You use emborado directly in your browser and always work with the latest version.
Is there a cancellation period?
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the billing period. Without cancellation, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of the period.
Am I allowed to switch my subscription?
Yes. You can switch your subscription at any time. You can make changes in the user settings.
What happens to my files when switching?
All your embroidery files and digital sewing patterns remain intact and accessible. When downgrading to the Free plan, the free limits of 100 embroidery designs and 25 digital sewing patterns apply to new files again. If you are above a limit, you cannot add new files in that area until you are below the respective limit.
